At Maria.B. Designs, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return slip provided in your initial shipment.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
